Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim

With the book The Revival, you rejuvenate our hearts
Remove from us our sadness, and all our grief departs

A book containing knowledge, of useful erudition
Authored by our teacher, prescribed by our physician

Knowledge of al-Qur'an and the Sunnah is in this book
It stirs us to repent after an introspective look

It's the heritage of our ancestors and the knowledgeably-adept
Who have returned and passed ahead, in whose footprints we've stepped

When he unfurls his flags and his knowledge is provided
The best of those who behold it are our learned and rightly-guided

It's been proven it encompasses, all knowledge throughout
And in this masterpiece our people of wisdom have no doubt

Its virtues were praised by the Imam, in amounts profuse
By the father of miracles, our belov'd al-`Aydaroos

And by how many such others, the gnostics and those who certify
the truth, the learned, and God suffices - on Him we rely

To end: may Allah's blessings, in each and every moment
Be on the Chosen Guide through whose intercession lies atonement
